You'll work closely with operational teams to improve processes, resolve workflow issues, enhance data quality, and ensure the business is operating as efficiently as possible.
If you enjoy getting into the detail, solving operational challenges, and making an immediate impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

- Configure and optimise workflows within Acturis.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
- Improve data quality and system accuracy.
- Support users with Acturis-related process improvements.
- Investigate and resolve workflow and operational issues.
- Work closely with stakeholders across operations to deliver improvements.
- Ensure changes are implemented efficiently with minimal disruption to the business.
Essential Experience
- Strong, hands-on experience using Acturis.
- Background within an insurance broker or insurer.
- Experience across insurance operations, systems or process improvement.
- Proven ability to identify operational issues and implement solutions.
