Temporary Data Administrator

We are recruiting for a highly organised and detail-focused Data Administrator to support a short-term project involving the review, validation, and migration of large volumes of information.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working with data, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring records are complete and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and validating information across multiple systems
- Accurately updating and maintaining electronic records
- Supporting data migration and data cleansing activities
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies within records
- Producing reports and tracking project progress
- Ensuring information is recorded in line with internal procedures
- Working closely with stakeholders to gather and verify information
About You:
- Previous administration and data-entry experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using databases, spreadsheets, and MS Office applications
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to manage large volumes of information efficiently
- Experience of data migration, record management, or document control would be advantageous
- Able to work independently and meet project deadlines
The Role:
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- Temporary assignment for a minimum of 8 weeks
- Immediate start available
- Based in Lancaster
