As the National Account Manager for eCommerce you will be working for an FMCG company which is number one in their category. The role will be focused around driving profitability and growth of their online accounts, telling compelling category stories and agreeing win-win Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
The successful candidate will have experience in increasing the share of digital shelves, increasing visibility through branded stores, managing new listings, P&L management, effective management of promotional spend and forecasting of volume and value.
Working from home around four days a week reflects just how flexible the company is and how the focus is firmly fixed on outputs not inputs.
Your new role (eCommerce National Account Manager)
These are the key responsibilities of the eCommerce National Account Manager:
- Account management of an eCommerce account such as Amazon or Tesco
- Successfully agreed JBPs with online retailers
- Negotiating win win situations with customers
- Managing promotional activity, spend and launching NPD
- Accurately forecasting volume and value
- Tracking competitor activity
- Delivering eCommerce channel plans within Grocery and Pharmacy accounts
Reporting into the Global eCom Director and a dotted line into the UK Country Manager this is both the challenge and charm. You’ll learn lots from two highly capable and experienced individuals but they will constructively challenge your thinking as the eCommerce National Account Manager.

Benefits
- Base salary = £65k to £70k
- Bonus = Up to 20%
- WFH ~80% | Bracknell ~20%
- 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)
Skills and experience to be successful
- FMCG sector experience
- eCommerce experience
- Previous experience as a National Account Manager (NAM) or Account Executive (AE)
The Interview Process
- TEAMS interview with eCom Global Director
- Face to face interview with the UK Country Manager + 1 other. There will be a pre-set presentation
- TEAMS informal conversation with the People & Culture Partner.
