About the Role
Reed is looking for a organised and customer-focused Administrative & Customer Service Officer to join our clients growing team to work Monday to Friday in the office
This is a varied, fast-paced role combining administration with customer interaction, ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality service experience, primarily over the phone, while ensuring all administrative processes are handled efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks (data entry, filing, record keeping)
- Schedule appointments and manage diaries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Liaise with internal teams to support smooth daily operations
About You
- Previous experience in an administration and/or customer service role is desirable
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with good time management
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and work independently
