A well-established and supportive GP surgery in Putney (SW19) is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join their dedicated clinical team. The practice has built a strong reputation within the local community, reflected in its 4.5-star Google rating and consistently positive CQC reports.

Key Responsibilities:
You will work autonomously within the nursing team, delivering high-quality patient care across a range of services, including:
- Cervical screening
- Child immunisations
- Adult and travel vaccinations
- Wound care
- Long-term condition management and reviews

- Qualified and experienced Practice Nurse
- Confident across the clinical areas listed above
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive, reliable, and a collaborative team player
