We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run car garage in Aldershot for the position of Service Advisor. This role is ideally suited to a motivated and experienced Service Advisor looking to advance their career within a reputable business renowned for customer satisfaction.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of £30,000 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience
- On-target earnings of up to £40,000 with performance-related bonuses
- No weekend work; Monday to Friday hours from 8am to 6pm

Duties:
- As a Service Advisor you'll be managing customer appointments and efficiently handling service enquiries
- Advising customers on vehicle maintenance and repair options
- Upselling and promoting service plans and additional work
- Maintaining accurate records of customer service histories
- Liaising effectively between technicians and customers to ensure smooth communication
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
- Experience working with fleet customers and familiarity with fleet portals such as 1Link is advantageous
- Knowledge of garage management software such as Garage Hive GMS is a plus
- Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills
- Professional attitude with the ability to work well within a team
