About the Role
An established and growing financial services organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join its busy team in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within financial services while gaining exposure to pensions, investments, and client servicing.
You will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers, Paraplanners, and the wider administration team by delivering high-quality administrative and client support across a variety of cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and handling client queries professionally
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
- Supporting business processing by liaising with providers and platforms
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and financial plan information
- Assisting with portfolio valuations and producing client reports
- Processing new business applications and dealing instructions across multiple platforms
- Producing clear and professional client correspondence
- Preparing review packs and key documentation (including scanning, collating, and mail merges)
- Communicating with clients to schedule meetings and provide updates
- Supporting the team on ad hoc projects and general administrative duties
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Experience using back-office systems/databases
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong team player with a client-focused mindset
- Able to work accurately under pressure and to deadlines
