What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as an Assistant Block Manager:
- Managing a residential block management portfolio
- Administering Section 20 consultation processes
- Arranging repairs, maintenance and contractor works
- Preparing service charge budgets and monitoring expenditure
- Attending client meetings, site inspections and AGMs
- Ensuring compliance with leasehold legislation and property regulations
