Contract Opportunity – 1st Line IT Support
£180-£200/day

We're on the hunt for a customer-focused 1st Line IT Support Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems.
This role is more than just answering tickets—you'll be the first point of contact for users, keeping ticket queues under control while also getting involved in small IT projects that add variety to your day.
What you'll be doing day to day:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Managing and resolving 1st line support tickets
- Keeping ticket queues organised and on track
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues
- Supporting small IT projects and rollouts
What we're looking for:
- Previous 1st Line or Service Desk experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a busy, supportive team
