Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start
Reeson Education is working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in the WA4 area of Warrington to recruit a committed Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term position.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher with day-to-day classroom learning
- Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and boost progress
- Assist with the delivery of lessons across core subjects such as English and Maths
- Help create a positive, engaging, and well-managed classroom environment
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Contribute to a calm and structured learning atmosphere
What We're Looking For
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary or school setting (desirable)
- A positive, proactive, and patient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Commitment to a full-time, long-term role in a mainstream school
