Service Advisor – Bognor Regis

£30,000 Basic Salary | £36,000 OTE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful automotive dealership in Bognor Regis. This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional levels of service.

As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring all service, maintenance, and repair work is managed efficiently while providing an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and discussing their vehicle service and repair requirements.
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing the diary effectively.
• Liaising with technicians and keeping customers updated on vehicle progress.
• Preparing estimates, service plans, and invoices accurately.
• Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
• Managing warranty and service-related administration.
• Resolving customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy dealership environment.
• A proactive and professional approach.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
