An opportunity has arisen in a well-established organisation for this newly created Learning Development Partner.
Salary – £54-58k + Car Allowance + Benefits
On-site – 5 Days per week with some International travel – Location – North Staffordshire
Working as part of a small People Development function, as Learning Development Partner you will build strong stakeholder relations with Directors and Heads of Department's, to really understand the People Development area's across the different business areas.
From that, as Learning Development Partner you will then create, use external providers or existing learning solutions to deliver learning solutions. From that you will be able to evaluate feedback and impact.
Whilst the role has a UK focus, being part of a Global organisation will require collaboration across different countries to deliver training solutions.
As an experienced Learning Development Partner you will be able to demonstrate your capability to build relations and influence across a variety of stakeholders. You will enjoy working both as part of a team, as well as autonomously with a pragmatic, practical application of learning tools.
