Location: Blackpool

Contract: Full-Time | Temporary with potential to become permanent
Salary: M1-M6, dependent on experience
A welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Blackpool, rated 'Good' by Ofsted, is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable PPA Cover Teacher to join their team from September.
This PPA Cover Teacher role is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who enjoys variety and is confident delivering engaging lessons across different year groups. The successful candidate will work within a supportive school environment and play a key role in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
The PPA Cover Teacher Role:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 to cover teachers' PPA time
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils
- Work collaboratively with class teachers and support staff
- Uphold the school's behaviour expectations and values
This is also a fantastic opportunity for ECTs looking to broaden their experience across different year groups and key stages, develop their classroom practice, and build confidence teaching a range of ages and abilities within a supportive setting.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT)
- Have experience teaching within a primary setting or be eager to gain experience across different year groups
- Be confident managing behaviour and supporting pupils with additional needs
- Be flexible, proactive and able to build positive relationships quickly
- Have a passion for providing high-quality education for all learners
