  6. Utilise tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, UiPath, Copilot, Python or similar technologies to improve reporting, workflow management and process automation.
  7. Support the design, testing and implementation of transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  8. Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  9. Produce and maintain process maps, governance materials, control documentation, training guides and operating procedures.
  10. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to support change adoption and embed improved processes and controls.
  11. Track and report on the impact of initiatives, including control enhancements, effort reduction, operational efficiency and governance improvements.
  12. Support the ongoing development of a robust and sustainable controls framework across the function.

Candidate ProfileEssential

  1. Experience within Finance Transformation, Business Change, Process Improvement, Controls, Governance or Operational Excellence environments.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
