A boutique private equity firm are looking for a proactive and professional Team Assistant / Receptionist to join their team. Based on Reception, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors while providing administrative support to a team of investment and operations professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and manage the front-of-house experience.
- Support a team of ten executives including 3 VP's with diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
- Answer and direct calls, emails and general enquiries.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor access and refreshments.
- Support day-to-day office operations, including mail, office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Process and track expense reports.
- Assist with new starter onboarding and office logistics.
- Work closely with Executive Assistants to provide wider team support and office coverage.
About You
- Previous Executive Assistant experience, ideally within financial services, banking, legal or professional services.
- Well presented and able to provide a 5* front of house service
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator with a professional and welcoming approach.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proactive, adaptable and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
