Highly effective Early Years practitioner required September 2026 . If you are Early Years qualified with either a level three equivalent, or a degree which is relative to the education of young people, this could be ideal for you. In order to be successful within this role a huge emphasis is placed on a positive attitude and an ability to help children in a setting that is working around a play based learning ethos. If you are a happy, smiley person and a child at heart the school will be keen to hear from you.
You will be working with a range of children with varying needs and learning styles. Having an understanding of how children learn through play is vital. You must be comfortable working under the direction of class teachers and FS leaders. You will also be familiar with the tracking of progress in line with EYFS.
We're looking for a candidate who can offer total commitment to the role. Every thing you do within school will be geared towards the education and well being of the children within the school. In return for your hard work and dedication you will be rewarded with all the support you require and continued CPD, under the direction of an excellent foundation leader.
