Paraplanner | Up to £55,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Haywards Heath | IFA Firm | HNW & UHNW Clients
Are you a Paraplanner looking to join a well-established, independently-owned wealth planning firm with genuine ambition and a clear growth trajectory?
My client is an independent wealth planning firm based near Haywards Heath, providing whole-of-market financial advice to a loyal and high-quality client bank. Their clients include retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners across Sussex, Kent and London, with the typical client holding around £1m of investable assets. Their highest-net-worth clients (£5m+) benefit from more complex wealth structuring and bespoke planning solutions.
Advice covers pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, and both personal and business protection. The firm has recently joined a larger wealth planning group, gaining access to comprehensive, structured support from a London-based head office, and has ambitious expansion plans over the next five years.
The Advisers are supported by a highly experienced team of Administrators and Paraplanners, and the business is now creating a brand new role for a Paraplanner to support its team of Chartered Financial Advisers directly.
This is a varied and client-facing role. You will occasionally attend client meetings alongside the Advisers and become the technical go-to person for the team, taking ownership of research and report writing.
The Directors are open-minded on experience level and welcome applications from both junior and senior Paraplanners, providing you are actively studying towards the Level 4 Diploma. A full study support package is provided.
What's on offer:
– Up to £55,000 basic salary plus bonus
– 5% matched pension contribution
– Death in service
– Private medical insurance
– 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, plus your birthday off
– 3 days in the office per week after onboarding
– Full study support towards the Level 4 Diploma
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, well-supported firm in a newly created role with genuine progression potential.
