Are you a Maintenance Manager or experienced Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in leading teams, looking to take the next step in your career within a family-feel business that has rapidly grown into a multimillion-pound success story?
On offer is the opportunity to play a key role within a specialist manufacturer, managing a small team of Engineers in a varied position that blends hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities. This is a Monday to Friday days-based role offering great work-life balance.
The company have gone from strength to strength and are now the trusted supplier to customers all over the world. Due to continued growth and ongoing success, they are now seeking a Maintenance Manager to strengthen their engineering team.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will remain actively involved on the tools, using your technical expertise to ensure the smooth running of site machinery, responding to breakdowns, and overseeing a small team of skilled Engineers.
This role would suit a mechanically biased Maintenance Manager or Senior Maintenance Engineer looking for a hands-on leadership position within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, offering autonomy and progression within a growing business.
The Role:
- Varied position combining hands-on maintenance and team management
- Carry out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Monday to Friday, days-based role
