The Role
As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier talent into leading organisations. From day one, you will gain exposure to high-level business conversations and develop specialist market expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth market research and mapping senior professionals across global markets
- Identifying and headhunting high-calibre candidates for key client mandates
- Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Supporting senior consultants on live searches and client projects
- Writing candidate profiles and presenting shortlists to clients
- Developing a strong understanding of financial markets and industry trends
What We’re Looking For

You should have:
- A degree (2:1 or above preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and a proactive mindset
- Commercial awareness and an interest in financial services

No prior recruitment experience is required — full training will be provided.
