Your Diligence. Our Assurance. Confidence for Customers.
At Curo, being well run and well governed is what gives our colleagues, our Board and our customers confidence in everything we do. Behind that confidence sits careful, reliable work: registers kept current, actions tracked to completion and clear reporting that surfaces the issues that matter.
That is where you come in. Joining our Governance and Assurance team, you'll help keep Curo's risk management, internal audit, fraud prevention and reportable events arrangements running smoothly, giving the Executive and Board the assurance they rely on.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in getting the detail right, enjoys bringing order to a varied workload and likes knowing their work helps keep the whole organisation on solid footing.

-
Spotting trends and emerging risks across audits, incidents, complaints, fraud cases and reportable events
-
Producing clear, timely reports for the business, the Executive and the Board
-
Helping coordinate statutory and regulatory returns, and supporting wider governance and compliance reviews
What you'll get in return
Beyond a competitive salary of £36,407 and the chance to make a real difference every day, you'll get:
-
26 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) rising to 29 days after 3 years
-
Your birthday off as an extra holiday

Up to 10% matched pension contribution
-
Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home)
