The Big Biscuit Company is a successful and growing pet treat manufacturer based in Bordon, and we're looking for an Office Manager to become a key member of our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing finance administration, HR support and general office management while working in a friendly manufacturing environment.
What you'll be doing
- Processing customer orders and raising invoices
- Managing credit control
- Supporting HR administration for factory staff
- Managing holiday records and issuing payslips
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining office operations
- Answering telephone enquiries and directing calls
- Checking and filing production paperwork
- Providing general administrative support across the business
What we're looking for
- Previous office management or senior administration experience
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience with invoicing and credit control
- A confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Someone who can work independently and take ownership of the office function
What we offer
- Salary: £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
- 30-minute lunch break
- Statutory holiday entitlement
