We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable and committed PPA Cover Teacher to join our friendly and supportive primary school team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of year groups throughout the primary phase, delivering high-quality learning experiences while providing class teachers with their Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time.

The successful candidate will teach across the school, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning and ensuring that all pupils remain engaged, motivated and supported in their learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of primary year groups.
• Follow planning provided by class teachers and curriculum leaders.
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
• Assess learning during lessons and provide feedback to class teachers.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.
• Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Is confident teaching across different age groups.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.

• Works effectively as part of a team and communicates well with others.
