Rayment Recruitment is looking for a talented Head Pastry Chef to join the award-winning kitchen of a prestigious 4 Red Star, 2 AA Rosette luxury hotel just outside Ipswich.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead the pastry section in a busy, high-quality kitchen, producing exceptional desserts, artisan breads, pastries and one of the area's most popular afternoon teas.
Live-in accommodation is available, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to relocate.
The Role
- Lead and inspire a small pastry team
- Create outstanding desserts, pastries, breads and afternoon tea items
- Develop seasonal menus and new ideas
- Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation
- Train and support junior chefs
- Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management
About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Pastry Chef
- Background in a 2 AA Rosette, fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel
- Passionate about fresh, seasonal produce
- Creative, organised and quality-driven
- Strong leadership and communication skills
