Start Date: September (New Academic Year)
Pay: Competitive daily rates of £100–£120
Are you passionate about making a difference in young people's lives? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support students in secondary schools across Kent and Medway.
About the Role:
We have numerous long-term supply opportunities starting in September, with the potential to lead to permanent positions. As an LSA, you will work closely with students who may face:
- Learning challenges
- Language barriers
- Difficulties engaging in lessons
Your support will be vital in helping them access the curriculum and thrive in their educational journey.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with young people (preferred but not essential)
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine interest in education and student development
