Our superb client, with offices based in Birmingham, is seeking an experience and CIPD qualified HR Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis working 8.30am – 4.30pm (flexible working hours available) Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
As HR Manager, you will deliver professional HR services, providing a positive employee journey, supporting the people team for the people strategy delivery, overseeing employee records and HR systems, provide excellent UK employment law advice, regularly review policies and procedures, support the talent and recruitment process and overseeing induction and onboarding, support employee relations matters such as disciplinary and grievances, performance and absence management, coach management team in HR best practice and lead and develop your own HR team, building relationships with external training providers and agencies and much more.
Experience Needed
To be considered for the role of HR Manager, you will hold relevant CIPD qualifications, have at least 2 years experience in a HR Manager role within a professional service / commercial environment, you will have strong UK employment law knowledge, be highly organised with effective communication and influencing skills, highly confidential and professional at all times.
