This opportunity is a well known housing contractor looking for a Divisional Manager to help deliver exceptional services and maintaining strong client relationships.
Description
- Lead a high-performing operational team and ensure the successful delivery of maintenance programmes across your division.
- Full P&L responsibility across a portfolio of maintenance contracts
- Leading large, multi-disciplinary teams (operations, commercial, and delivery)
- Overseeing delivery of Responsive repairs, Voids, Planned maintenance programmes (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms, decarbonisation), Compliance (gas, electrical, fire safety)
- Driving performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations
- Developing strong client relationships with Housing Associations and Local Authorities
- Identifying and implementing service improvements and efficiencies
- Ensuring best-in-class health & safety and regulatory compliance
- Supporting bid activity, mobilisation, and strategic growth
