Finance Business Partner – Capital
Length of Contract: Permanent; Full Time
Salary Range: £31,592.71 – £36,661.49

We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Capital Team here at Public Sector Partnership Services. In this role, you’ll provide high quality financial analysis, trusted business partnering and robust financial management to support our client councils in delivering capital projects of circa £100m over the next 5 years across the three districts.
You will:
- Support the development of financial plans, capital budgets and forecasts in relation to the capital programmes.
- Ensure timely and accurate capital budget monitoring to maintain strong financial controls.
- Ensure financial management arrangements comply with relevant policies, standards and governance requirements.
- Build strong working relationships across client councils, PSPS and external stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Completed AAT Level 4.
- Great communication skills and demonstrates an ability to work with stakeholders.
- Worked with financial systems to produce accurate and timely information.
- Experience of contributing to budgeting, financial monitoring and reporting processes.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
