Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment
International Sales Manager, MedTech & AI SaaS (Europe). 70,000 Basic | 76,000 OTE | 700 PCM Car Allowance | Remote, plus full benefits package. We are seeking an inspiring, highly collaborative International Sales Manager to lead the European expansion of our client's groundbreaking, AI-driven medical imaging software. This is a high-impact role designed for a self-starter who excels in an indirect sales model. Rather than focusing on direct sales, your mission is to empower, train, and strategise with our network of distributors and dealers across the continent. Your success is defined by your ability to turn partners into high-performing advocates for our technology. This position demands a unique blend of elite organisation and a "get stuck in" attitude.
Key Responsibilities of International Sales Manager, MedTech
- Train and coach Dealer Representatives on features, benefits, clinical workflows, and commercial positioning.
- Conduct regular sales training sessions, webinars, workshops, and product updates. Deliver virtual and in-person product demonstrations.
- Develop sales tools, presentations, objection-handling guides, competitive comparisons, and value-based selling materials.
- Support dealer representatives with customer presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions. Assist dealers in identifying and pursuing software opportunities within their customer base.
- Create dealer engagement plans and maintain regular communication with key channel partners. Partner with Territory Managers on major opportunities.
- Assist with product launches, new feature rollouts, and provide hands-on support at trade shows, conferences, dealer meetings, and educational events.
- What is Required to Apply to the Role of International Sales Manager, MedTech
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years of experience in medical, dental, veterinary, imaging, or software sales. Proven experience in international software sales is essential.
- Previous experience selling through a channel model is highly beneficial, particularly for managing, motivating, and influencing distributors or dealers.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to captivate an audience, whether it is a roomful of distributors or clinical end-users. Proven experience delivering technical software demonstrations.
- This is a remote-based role covering a large territory, requiring travel of up to three weeks per month (Monday-Friday). You must live within an hour of a major international airport and hold an EU Passport as you are likely to be travelling in the EU for more than 90 out of every 180 days.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting or training background is a significant advantage, as you will be responsible for educational product sessions.
- A strong understanding of customer workflows and consultative selling. You must be comfortable with the "all hands on deck" nature of a high-growth MedTech firm and be happy to occasionally pivot to support tasks outside the traditional job description.
