The Role

Drive process improvements across manufacturing operations.

Lead continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.

Support production with technical problem solving and root cause analysis.

Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams.

Help deliver new equipment, automation and process improvements.
About You
-
Experience in a Manufacturing or Process Engineering role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.

A proactive engineer who enjoys improving processes and making a tangible impact.
