Network Architect | £550-590 p/day (Inside IR35) | 3-Month Initial Contract | (1/2 days per week in London) Hybrid (UK)
We're looking for an experienced Network Architect to support a large-scale programme focused on reviewing, assessing and improving enterprise IP networking environments
We're looking for someone with strong technical architecture experience who enjoys analysing complex network estates.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess large enterprise IP address environments and provide technical recommendations
- Review network infrastructure, routing and addressing to identify risks and inefficiencies
- Analyse network utilisation, routing information and infrastructure data from a range of technical sources
- Support the development of governance standards, IP management processes and future-state network architecture
- Evaluate BGP routing, network visibility and routing security best practices
Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of IPv4 addressing, subnetting and IP address management (IPv6 knowledge beneficial).
- Excellent understanding of BGP, routing architecture and network design.
- Experience with routing security technologies such as RPKI, ROA or similar
- Familiarity with IPAM platforms, DNS, firewalls, cloud networking and network management tools
