Join a Legal 500 Firm with a progressive and commercially successful team known for its excellent client care and service. We are seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer with over 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our Legal 500 ranked Commercial Property team.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Handle all aspects of Commercial Property Law.
- Establish and build strong client relationships.
- Take and action detailed instructions effectively.
- Work independently and within a supportive team environment.
- Manage interactions with the public, official bodies, and owner-managed businesses with professionalism and confidence.
- Maintain high standards of work under pressure, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ year PQE in Commercial Property Law.
- Strong knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules, the SRA Handbook, and Outcome Focused Regulations.
- Excellent IT and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly absorb information from various sources.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
