My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Children Lawyer to supervise their Childcare department. This role is crucial within the firm, who are committed to providing legal services that are unparalleled in quality. They pride themselves on understanding the unique concerns of their clients and ensuring efficient, timely, and outcome-oriented legal solutions.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Undertake a broad and varied caseload of complex and interesting Childcare matters.
- Provide supervision and leadership within the Childcare department.
- Ensure high standards of legal service and advice are maintained.
- Work closely with clients to understand their individual needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to enhance case handling and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified & Registered Solicitor of England & Wales
- Must be an active Law Society Child Panel Member.
- Ideally 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in Childcare law, although candidates with different levels of experience will be considered.
- Strong technical ability in Childcare law.
- A good knowledge of legal aid and children panel accreditation is required.
- Passionate about providing high-quality legal services.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
