Senior Associate – Commercial Real Estate
Cardiff
A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Senior Associate to join its Cardiff office. This role sits within a highly regarded property team known for advising on high-value, complex transactions across a diverse client base including institutional investors, developers and major corporate occupiers.
You will play a key role in delivering strategic advice on a broad mix of real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, development schemes and ongoing asset management work.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing real estate transactions from initial instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, lettings and development projects
- Drafting and negotiating a range of property documentation including contracts and leases
- Supporting and leading on asset management matters across varied portfolios
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring deadlines and expectations are consistently met
What we’re looking for:
- Strong technical background in commercial real estate work
- Proven experience handling a broad caseload of property matters
- Confidence in managing transactions independently
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
