Reed Finance are pleased to be partnering with a renowned professional services business in their search for a new Finance Director
This is a pivotal leadership role within a growing organisation with ambitious plans to double revenue over the next three years through organic growth and a significant acquisition programme.
As Finance Director, you will act as the lead financial voice to the Board, driving strategic financial planning, supporting M&A activity, and ensuring robust regulatory compliance. You’ll oversee an established finance function, lead financial integration of acquisitions, and play a key role in shaping a scalable, technology-led finance operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting and profitability improvement
- Supporting an active acquisition pipeline (due diligence, integration, modelling)
- Leading finance transformation, systems improvement and reporting excellence
- Full oversight of financial controls, tax, audit, and cashflow
- Partnering with senior leadership on growth, risk and operational strategy
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and relevant finance leadership experience
- Proven track record at FD/CFO level within a professional services or similar environment
- Comfortable operating at Board level with a commercial, growth-oriented mindset
- Eligible to be approved as COFA (or able to meet SRA requirements)
