An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Ecologist to join a growing, multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Basingstoke. As a Senior Ecologist, you will lead ecological surveys, prepare technical reports, manage projects, provide advice to clients and stakeholders, and work closely with a range of environmental and engineering professionals. The Senior Ecologist will also support junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the ecology team. This Senior Ecologist position offers a varied workload and genuine opportunities for career progression from the Basingstoke office.

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Senior Ecologist or in a similar ecology consultancy role
- Degree in Ecology, Environmental Science or a related subject
- Strong knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and survey methodologies
- Excellent report writing and project management skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Full right to work in the UK
- Living in or within a reasonable commuting distance of the office
- Strong communication and organisational skills
