Business Support Officer – Immediate Start
Monument | 9am-5pm | £14.80ph 2-3 month temp with potential to go permanent
We're working with a fantastic organisation looking for a hands-on, proactive Business Support Officer to join their team ASAP.
If you enjoy variety, being the go-to person in the office and keeping everything running smoothly this could be the perfect role for you
What you will be doing: Meeting & greeting visitors Setting up meeting rooms (including basic IT + troubleshooting) Preparing spaces – furniture moves & room setup Managing diaries & scheduling via Outlook/Teams Liaising with PAs to coordinate meetings Supporting the day-to-day running of the office Helping with IT basics, onboarding & stationery requests Assisting with interviews & assessments
What we're looking for: Previous office experience Confident with Outlook, Teams & general IT systems Organised, proactive and happy to get stuck in Strong communication skills Comfortable with a mix of admin + hands-on tasks
