3 Point Recruitment are hiring a Finance Administrator for our SME client based in Rugby. Interviews are taking place immediately as the business want someone to start ASAP!
The Finance Administrator is a vital role within the business. This position involves managing data entry, billing and record keeping tasks whilst offering internal support to the wider team and ensuring your work is accurate and delivered on time.
The ideal candidate will possess strong office skills, proficiency with various computer applications and the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Duties
- Manage billing and payment processing using bespoke management software (systems training provided)
- Handle utility account management including data entry, reconciliation and contract management
- Keeping a clear, organised and structure flow of work
- Supporting the Finance team including invoice processing
Experience
- Prior administration experience is essential
- Familiarity using MS Excel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate well across different teams within a business
A starting salary of £26-28k is attached with the role being fully office based & you do have the opportunity to flex your working hours on request. You will receive excellent training when you join the business with the ability to grow & develop within the business over time.
