Description
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately.
- Assist with the preparation of HR documentation and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
- Respond to general HR-related queries in a timely manner.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required by the Human Resources team.
Profile
A successful People Team Admin should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
