Finlay Jude Associates are currently recruiting for Project Engineers in the Peterborough region.
As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering projects on the Anglian Water IOS Framework Contract based in Colchester. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations, technical specifications, and relevant regulatory requirements.
You will report directly to the Project Delivery Manager and support the successful delivery of multiple Civil and MEICA projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects to agreed time, cost, quality, and specification requirements
- Ensure compliance with client standards, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder requirements
- Support the delivery of Civil and MEICA works across water and wastewater assets
- Manage and record asset changes including creation, modification, and decommissioning within corporate systems
- Raise Early Warning Notices and Change Requests in line with contract procedures when programme or cost impacts arise
- Work closely with commercial and delivery teams to support effective contract management
- Act as a key interface with the client, ensuring clear communication and strong working relationships
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the delivery of innovative engineering solutions
- Support both site-based and office-based project activities across East Anglia
About You
You will be a motivated and practical engineer with strong technical ability and experience in a customer-facing or client-driven environment. You will be confident working across multiple stakeholders and comfortable operating in both site and office settings.
This role would suit someone looking to develop their career within the water industry and gain specialist knowledge of clean water and water recycling treatment processes.
You will be proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects that support essential water services.
