A growing creative business is looking for a Senior People Partner to join their team supporting a broad and dynamic client group.
This is a true partnering role where you'll work closely with senior leaders across a fast-paced environment, supporting organisational design, performance, talent planning, engagement, and culture initiatives. Alongside the strategic elements, you'll also lead on complex ER matters and coach managers through people challenges with a commercial approach.
The business is evolving quickly, so they're looking for someone who is comfortable navigating change influencing stakeholders at all levels. You'll enjoy balancing strategy with delivery and being close to the day-to-day of the business.
They are 3 days in their Central London office.
