An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Academy Business Partner to join a successful Multi Academy Trust, providing strategic operational leadership across two schools located in Coventry and Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced School Business Manager, Academy Business Manager or education operations professional looking to play a key role within a collaborative Trust where operational excellence enables outstanding teaching and learning.

The Role Working as a key member of each school's Senior Leadership Team, you will lead all aspects of academy business operations, allowing the Headteachers to focus on delivering exceptional educational outcomes. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, HR, estates, health and safety, administration, compliance, ICT, data protection and facilities management, ensuring both academies operate efficiently, compliantly and effectively. This is a varied leadership role requiring excellent organisational skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities across two school sites.

Key Responsibilities * Lead all non-teaching operational functions across both academies. * Work alongside Headteachers and the Trust's central teams to deliver strategic operational objectives. * Manage academy finances, budgeting, procurement and contract management. * Lead HR administration, recruitment processes and support staff management. * Oversee estates, facilities, premises compliance and health & safety. * Ensure compliance with Trust policies, statutory regulations, safeguarding and data protection requirements. * Manage administrative systems and operational processes to drive efficiency. * Build effective relationships with contractors, external agencies and community partners. * Support continuous improvement and contribute to academy development plans.

About You We are looking for an experienced operational leader who can demonstrate: * Previous experience in school or academy business management, or a similar senior operational leadership role. * Strong financial management and budget planning experience. * Excellent people management and leadership skills. * Knowledge of education compliance, governance and statutory requirements. * Experience managing facilities, health & safety and operational services. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. * A proactive, solution-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement. A qualification in School Business Management, Finance, HR or Operations would be advantageous.
