Finance Business Partner
Location: South Norfolk (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)

Keeler Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a growing, multi-site organisation with their requirement for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with operational leaders, providing financial insight and commercial support that helps shape business performance and drive strategic decision-making.
This role is ideal for a qualified accountant who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing decision-making, and translating financial data into meaningful commercial insight.
The Role
Working as a trusted partner to operational teams, you'll provide financial analysis, challenge and support across a diverse business area. You'll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business modelling, helping leaders understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational stakeholders to provide commercial financial support
- Produce insightful financial reporting, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
- Deliver financial modelling, investment appraisals and scenario analysis
- Support month-end reporting and ensure accurate financial information
- Challenge performance and support cost control and revenue improvement initiatives
- Develop reporting tools and improve financial processes
- Contribute to strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner or commercial finance role
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commercially focused with the confidence to influence and challenge
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using financial reporting systems
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
