About the role:
- Managing the full 360° recruitment process for both clients and candidates
- Proactively developing business and promoting Wild Recruitment as the partner of choice across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas
- Supporting candidates throughout their journey to secure their next career step
- Meeting clients and candidates both face-to-face and virtually to understand their needs
What you'll need:
- Tenacity and drive to generate new opportunities and support successful placements
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine enjoyment of working as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence
