About the Role
HR GO Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing business in Flintshire for a Machine Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company that offers full training, long-term career prospects, and a supportive team environment.
You'll play a key role in supporting the production process by operating machinery, maintaining product quality, and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate and monitor production machinery (full training provided).
- Assist with loading and unloading materials onto machines.
- Identify and resolve minor machine faults where possible.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Follow all company procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Work safely at all times, maintaining high Health & Safety standards.
- Support colleagues within the production and automation areas.
- Help maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Assist in other production areas as required.
