Full-Time | Early Years Small Group Support

Your Role as Early Years Teaching Assistant:

  • You'll guide young learners, sometimes one-to-one, sometimes in small groups, helping them discover confidence and curiosity.
  • You'll run your own nurture group, offering a calm and caring space for SEN pupils to learn, laugh, and belong.
  • You'll stand beside teachers, shaping a classroom where every child feels safe and seen.
