Job Title: Business Development Executive (Apprenticeships / WBL)
Location: Hybrid – office and home
Salary: £28,000 + Uncapped Bonus
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Key Duties:
- Utilising telesales, networking and social media to proactively identify and engage with businesses, to promote our client’s portfolio of services (Apprenticeships, and professional learning solutions within the energy sector).
- Respond to inbound and outbound enquiries, in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the field-based business development team, booking meetings into their diaries.
- Researching new markets and businesses, speaking with key decision makers, to build a strong pipeline of employer leads.
- Manage own daily output using our client’s internal CRM system.
- Work to achieve and exceed targets / KPI’s.
Essential Criteria:
- Must have experience of working within a business-to-business or lead generation role, ideally within the work-based learning industry (though this is not essential).
- Experience of working towards and achieving targets / KPI’s.
- Familiar with using platforms such as LinkedIn and WhaptsApp, as well as content creation and selling via social media.
- Confident with and have experience in using CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident, friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to overcome objections.
