Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
- Deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
- Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
- Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Strong experience working from RIBA stages 4 onwards
- Experience working on projects across a broad range of sectors
- Excellent technical detailing skills
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
