Location: Hythe
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour, reviewed after 3 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Day-to-day of the role:
- Utilize handheld tools such as drills, screwdrivers and hammers to assemble components into finished products.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures to meet production timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct quality control checks on assembled products to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and enhance productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Comfortable with manual handling and the physical aspects of the role.
- Ability to use basic handheld tools effectively.
- Previous experience in assembly, factory work, or related fields is desirable.
- A strong interest or background in practical subjects or a passion for hands-on work.
- Due to the location, having your own transport is ideal.
