Key Details:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across GCSE English, helping learners achieve their full potential.
- Support a diverse cohort of learners, including those with EHCPs and additional learning needs, using adaptive teaching strategies.
- Plan and deliver well-structured lessons, develop schemes of work, create learning resources, and carry out assessments in line with curriculum requirements.
- Monitor learner progress and provide effective feedback to promote achievement, retention, and positive outcomes.
- Contribute to internal quality assurance processes and work collaboratively within the English department.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new Enhanced DBS.
