You will work with a varied portfolio of clients across sectors, delivering high-quality audit and assurance services while building strong, trusted relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality audits, on time and within budget
You'll take ownership of audit assignments and ensure they are completed efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining excellent technical standards. - Own and manage client relationships
Become a trusted point of contact-proactively communicating, resolving issues, and adding value beyond compliance. - Produce accurate and compliant financial statements
Ensure all accounts and audit files meet regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. - Develop and support junior team members
Play a key role in coaching and reviewing work, helping to build capability across the team. - Contribute to continuous improvement and growth
Identify process improvements, support business development opportunities, and strengthen the firm's market reputation.
About You
- ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified
- Strong experience in audit within practice
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commercial mindset with attention to detail
- Motivated to progress your career in a growing firm
